Quantum Generative Materials LLC (GenMat) is pleased to announce the joining Timothy Gallaudet, former Acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Acting Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Tim is an oceanographer and remote sensing expert, having received a master of science degree in oceanography in 1991 from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Gallaudet was an Oceanographer of the Navy and Commander of the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography command. He is experienced in weather and ocean forecasting, hydrographic surveying, developing policy and plans to counter illegal, unregulated and unreported fishing, and assessing the national security impacts of climate change.
\Tim will be joining the board of advisors at GenMat, representing the first addition to the board of advisory team. He will be rendering services related to remote sensing expertise, liaising between Government agencies and GenMat, as well as advising on product requirements that would be beneficial for the U.S. Government.
This new addition to the board of GenMat signifies GenMat’s growing commitment to developing products and services that accelerate humanity’s transition to a space-faring civilization by building Space, Materials Science and Remote Sensing technologies.
