Mike holds a BA in Mathematics from Williams College and excels in the Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Critical Chain Project Management. He brings extensive experience in system design, scheduling, and implementation.  Mike is also adept at utilizing  thinking tools to enhance operational efficiency and is a proficient problem-solver transforming constraints into opportunities for growth.
